We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Your policy.

We aim to deliver within 45 minutes of receiving the order, although this could be up to an hour and half during busy periods. We aim for collection orders to be ready 30 minutes after receiving an order but this could be up to an hour during busy periods.

We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone.Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.

The email, postal address and phone number on the PayPal account needs to match the email, postal address and telephone number on the website.

Unfortunately our Collection and Eat In - Order at Table options are currently suspended
All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present and our menu descriptions do not include all ingredients. If you have a food allergy, please advise before ordering. For our Tasty Tuesday and Sharing Sunday deals, please call us.
In light of recent developments involving the Coronavirus, we are only providing a contactless delivery. We can either call or knock to advise when delivery has been made- please let us know which you prefer in the Notes box at Checkout.

Orders over £26 receive a free side dish. Please advise which dish you would like in the notes box at checkout.
